As the founder of Sandbox Studios, Eastmond cultivated a vital hub for urban music development in Toronto, providing a platform for both established and emerging artists. Beyond her music and entrepreneurial endeavours, rookz embodies a holistic approach to community and personal development. She serves as a lead pastor at altgather, a spiritual, non-religious church focused on inclusive and healing conversations about faith and self-acceptance. Her leadership in this space demonstrates a commitment to nurturing wholeness in individuals, especially those feeling disconnected or marginalized.

Eastmond's entrepreneurial spirit also shines through her co-founding of UNSGND, a digital media agency building brands for unsigned artists, small businesses, and the not-for-profit sector. Working with clients like the BDC, Laurier University, Toronto Community Housing Corporation and many others, UNSGND’s budding portfolio is competing with major players in the design space.

Most recently, in celebration and honour of her heritage as a proud maroon from the likkle but Tallawah island of Jamaica, rookz opened her first restaurant endeavour called patti. Additionally, she is the driving force behind Grant Genie, a technological initiative from Sandbox Studios designed to connect creatives with funding opportunities, demonstrating her dedication to the growth and empowerment of the creative community.

Lastly, her authorship of her own copywritten word disciplan.
